Sim not activated

I ordered a replacement SIM and was told it would be activated straight away. Tried it and SIM was not activated. I rang EE and after a 42 minute phone call I was told I needed to wait 24 hours. I have done that and it is still not activated. Any suggestions ?

Hi, thanks for replying. I have sorted it now, a colleague said the only way to sort it was to ring up again.

I did that and EE just needed to de-activate my old SIM and then they could activate the new one. Not sure why they didn't do that yesterday but at least it's sorted now. Thanks again

Does the SIM card show no signal? 

What was the reason for the replacement SIM?

I have the same issue, I ordered my son a replacement sim (he's sim only) as he lost his phone, we're now using an old phone but the phone is saying no service.

Any ideas?

The SIM card will need to be registered, to register the replacement SIM card, please call us from any phone on 07953 966 150 and the team will be happy to help.
