Resolved! SIM card issues

Good evening my  mobile. Not working  either say no. SIM card or no network at all . It’s been like this for the last 3 days I am thinking is to send me a replacement SIM card . many thanks

Resolved! Esim issues

Hello. I've noticed that my ESim has been wiped off my phone, my mobile and broadband bills are up to date but I keep getting a message saying my account has been suspended. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?

Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca

I'm having exactly the same problem. Numbers originally stolen and ported to Lyca. Got numbers back to EE on 9/6 however still cannot receive OTP from certain site (HMRC being example). Fault raised with EE but seem to be getting no where.
