Hello, Im a new customer of ee and i placed an order for a sim om Saturday but i still haven’t received my sim.Please give me an update on my order.

Resolved! My ESIM never arrived

My ESim was ordered but I have never recieved - I am unable to call EE as my previous plan has be cut off.  When I go to track my order it says its timed out or having difficulties. How can I contact Customer Service either by email or online?
