I have been trying to speak with an agent to rectify my conversion from pay as you go to pay monthly, till this very moment I haven’t gotten any response from an agent of EE, you keep telling me to text 150 which I ahve done several times, for the past 3 days I don’t have airtime or data due to this. 

I am very disappointed in this

Could you give us a little more information about what the issue is with the conversion please? How did you process the change? Was it online or over the phone? We'll do our best to help get you some answers.
