Changing from Bt to ee

I’ve just changed from bt mobile to EE, but if a phone someone, my transferred nos shows on the recipient phone, but if I text them the temporary nos shows.any ideas how to remedy this problem please?

@ anyone who can help, I had 4 mobile Sims with EE we can't phone each others mobile keeps saying through to Plusnet mobile answerphone. As well sent for a pac code to keep my old number had a msg off EE saying all done but still showing a different....

This doesn't work for me. The EE number on my new sim is not getting accepted.

Text for sim port saying it will be done by end July…

Hi.. just got the sim from eye. Added pac code and text received saying that it will be done by 6pm on 18/07… which is nearly a month way. Does it normally take that long ?

Can I go into an EE shop and get a new sim card

Transferred to EE on Monday,  number has ported over (received text to say its complete), however when I text someone it's the ee sim number and not my own but it is Transferred on phonecalls. Any ideas , thanks .
