Resolved! Sim not activated

I ordered a replacement SIM and was told it would be activated straight away. Tried it and SIM was not activated. I rang EE and after a 42 minute phone call I was told I needed to wait 24 hours. I have done that and it is still not activated. Any sug...

Resolved! Moved from O2 to EE and cannot make calls

Have done everything correctly and transferred old number using PAC code, switched off and on etc but still cannot make calls. EE has taken money from my account so all set up correctly. Still cannot make calls even to 150. Help urgently needed. 

EU restrictions on handsets in the UK???

I've just bought a fourth mobile, the other three still being in use, and have discovered that the EU has some kind of limit on how many any one person can use/possess in the UK (I think the maximum is three, but the EU has no jurisdiction in the UK!...
