Hi I completed the automated service to port my old number and was told it would be complete before 6pm today. I have not received anything else how do I know this is taking place and when will I know my old number is with EE?

You will receive a text to let you know when the number transfer is complete. 

If you would like to check this has been set up for today, please call us on 150 🙂

You might also have to restart your phone.

As @Mystiqueen mentioned, you'll need to restart your phone at this point.
