Hi my SIM card is not working on my new phone or it’s not working on my old phone now either

Phone number held on phone differs from number ported from BT

After switching from BT mobile to EE & porting my BT number , the information held on the phone under SETTINGS /About phone shows the original EE number shows in the field PHONE number (sim slot 1). No satisfactory explanation or solution was offered...

Resolved! BT pac code not accepted to enable keep original number

Why is my BT pac code not accepted, I keep getting the error message please use correct code, my code is valid until 3rd January 2024.I am unable to use the 150 call option as suffer badly with tinnitus in both ears and no other option to contact.

SIM card set

I’ve just switched my mobile from BT to EE and have kept my old SIM card. It’s saying I have no service at all and even with WiFi calling switched on I’m unable to call EE or BT to get it sorted? Can anyone help at all?

Hi I am abroad an lost my physical sim is there anyway to get an esim for my physical sim number. i cant contact ee because they dont have webchat and i cant call them. thanks

Ive not had no sim delivered , my sim has been cut of I can’t call out I have children this has been like this since yesturday what is going on

Hi - I have an iphone 13 on vodaphone as a work phone and an ee personal phone. Could i get an e sim from ee to put into my work vodaphone iphone?
