Hi, I have the same issue, I need to replace a micro sim for a nano. Clicking on the 'Order a replacement Sim' above simply takes me to a link device page for a passcode which I've done, twice... but then does not take me to the relevent page! A work...

Did you ever get a resolution to this port-in issue? I’ve waited 8 days so far. I can see from my previous provider that my number has been ported out but that’s all I know. EE have been less than helpful.

Hello, I'm having same problem. Said they will sort the change and Told to make a call with new SIM when i got it and the change will go through. Few days later nothing so I done it manually and it said it should go through by 18th Jan. Mind you this...
