Did you make sure that it was a replacement SIM card?

If you are unable to make or receive calls, I suggest you ring customer service and they should be able to sort this out for you, you can do this by either using Skype  or another phone with the free number below.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have try to call ee and a message said not register on network 

I call 150 and I received a message saying not register on network
