Replacement sim not arrived

Im desperate for my replacement sim, that i have paid for, new number confirmed and no card - making it pretty useless and cant contact ee without a phone. Been four days now please advise on usual timescales and alternative solution!!

You can visit an EE retail store with suitable photo-ID and obtain a replacement SIM there & then. Any other SIMs can be cancelled as part of the process.

@moses121 SIM cards are sent out  second-class Royal mail.  So your sim probably got posted Tuesday at the earliest.  

Hopefully it arrives tomorrow then! Thanks
