Replacement sim

 I have order my replacement sim 3 to 4 times but I haven't  received  non yet ( Also received  a confirmation  on my gmail as you can see in the screenshot attached with this )Please can you order manual by the agent. And do send me confirmation.

I am having the same problem.  I transferred two mobile phone numbers from BT.  I received SIM cards that were supposed to be activated. I had to call three times to get the PAC Code to work from BT, but the line wouldn't work on the temporary number...
