Hi
I just bought the samsung Zflip6 ad transferred all my data across from the samsung ultra S23, I have now sold the samsung Ultra.
The issue I am facing is my zflip keeps saying is "not registered on network", what have i done wrong and how do i rectify it.
I didn't have an actual sim but an e-sim.
EE is asking me to call them, but with no network I can't, can anyone assist pretty please?

Did you transfer your e-SIM from your old device?
Did a physical SIM come with your new device?

In this case I would recommend a replacement SIM.
Do you have a local store nearby? you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and receive a replacement there and then.
