Hi, I have ordered a new sim from EE. A delivery note has arrived, but there was no sim with it. Will the sim arrive separately?

Hi @Mayfield24. 

I believe your SIM should have arrived with the delivery note. 

I'd recommend getting in touch so this can be looked into.
