Just wondered if anyone can help me. Im still using my sim card from when it was orange. Can anyone tell me how i will get a new one but keep the same number. Other companies have offered me more for the cost i am paying, I have never had any problems but starting to now

@DonnaMarie1952- You’ll need to call customer services and request a replacement SIM card.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
