I currently have a broadband account with EE and would like to switch my mobile service over to EE as well. Could you please guide me through the process of porting my existing mobile number to EE. I’d appreciate any help or information you can provide

If you order the Mobile Plan through your Online EE Account, you will receive a SIM with a new EE number.

Once you have received the SIM Card you can insert it into your device and then text PORT to 150 from the EE SIM to bring your existing number across. 

This process will then ask for the number you want to transfer, and then the PAC Code from your previous network for that number. It should then reply with an estimated Port date. This is usually completed the next working day if done before 5PM on a weekday. The porting process will automatically disconnect your old plan.

If you need to request your PAC Code from your old network, this can be done by texting PAC to 65075 from your existing SIM, or they may ask you to call for this in some instances.

Get your PAC from your existing network by texting PAC to 65075. Order a SIM from EE & provide the PAC as part of the order. Your no. will be ported to the EE SIM & your contract with the old network will be auto cancelled, with any early exit fees payable as necessary.
