Good afternoon

I have upgraded my phone and received my new device. Usually i have details for a new eSIM in the pack but unable to see this and now having trouble activating the new handset against my account

Can someone assist with this please?

In that case, I'd say set up your new phone,  and you should be able to go into MyEE and do a replacement eSIM and it will issue you a new eSIM for your new device.

Don't delete your existing eSIM until it tells you to, or you won't be able to get the code to authorise the swap.

What sort of phone do you have and what's the new one? I assume you are using an eSIM in your old phone?

I have a Samsung S24 Ultra and moved to an iPhone 16e
