Upgrade to sim only-no new phone

Hi,

I’ve just upgraded to a sim only plan-keeping same phone and number…will I get sent a new sim for this plan? Or does the change happen automatically

Hi @Carleigh11.

You usually wouldn't get a new SIM card unless you ask for one. You should be able to see the change to your plan in your My EE Account.

If you need a new SIM card, you can order one online or pop into your local EE Store.

If you requested a change of payment plan via the phone, it is often active before you even hang up the call.

The only reason to replace a SIM is if there's a fault with it.
