Number has not ported from Smarty

Hi

I took out a new sim only deal just before Christmas, I filled in the PAC code when completing the order. SIM card arrived 2 days ago and the number has still not ported. I put the SIM card in 2 days ago and made a call which is what the live chat team told me to do to activate the new SIM but still nothing. Can you please help?

The PAC is normally treated as submitted the day you activate your new SIM, and port-in occurs the following working day.

I would recommend contacting EE C/S on 150 to check the status of your port-in.

I activated my new SIM 2 days ago by making a call. I did just call 150 and they said the PAC code wasn't entered when creating the SIM. Handy!! Why have that option on the website if they won't use the info I give them!
