Unable to receive SMS messages

Hello . I transferred my old number from lycamobile to ee, everything was normal, but I couldn't receive the SMS. I need the OTP code of messages from GP, my child's school. I brought it to the store twice and they checked and they made an appointment for 24 hours, but it's been 5 working days, but everything is still the same. Who knows what to do and where is that error? I have changed another sim card with ee, with another phone, everything is still fine, still can't receive incoming messages. I sent Bill to number 150 but there was no response message. Thank you for guiding me. Because I need him to thank

The store should have logged an issue with EE-CS on 150, you could do this yourself if you'd rather not wait for the next in-store face-to-face.

Things to check first, are... can you receive person-to-person texts, is it only automated ones affected? Are particular automated senders affected, or all?

If you text NUMBER to 150, do you receive the expected response? Send a text to yourself - test both the temp number and your ported-in number, do you receive it?
