Hi,
I signed up for an EE E-Sim yesterday and I am moving my phone number over from Luca mobile.
I have completed the transfer of number and have the confirmation email from EE that my E-Sim is ready, although in order to activate my e-sim I need to confirm a code that had been texted to my EE number.
the problem is that I don’t have access to this number until I activate my e sim.
can someone please advise? Would EE be sble to email the e sim? Thank you.

If you are unable to receive the PIN to activate the eSIM, please get in touch with our tech guides and they will see if this can be activated for you. Or, pop into an EE Store with photo ID and one of our guides will be happy to help.

Hi, unfortunately I haven’t received a physical sim as I chose the E sim option, all I received so far was an order confirmation. I’m currently left without any phone service due to this so I’m unable to call the customer support line.

Hi Leanne, thank you for the reply. Due to currently having no phone service I am unable to call the customer support, is there any other way to contact them such as email or web chat?

Chat would show in your EE app within the Help section if this is available for your account. If not, I am sorry you would need to call us from another phone or visit an EE Store.
