I have transferred to another provider but cannot make or receive calls

I have transferred to another provider sim only. My number has been ported over, however i can send and receive texts but cant send or receive calls. These are going to my old phone with th ee simm in it.

Sounds potentially like what's known as a split port.

If you have ported out, your new provider should be resolving this - not EE.
