Transferring plusnet number

Hello, I’m trying to transfer my old plusnet number but when I put my PAC code it says it’s invalid. I got it only week ago so it’s valid.

If you are unable to complete the form as your PAC is not accepted then please give us a call and our customer care team will be able to process this for you @Moniszka.

When you first dial 150 please select option 2. 

Then follow the route to speak to customer care.
