I ported in my number because I changed the provider. However, the sim card now cannot perform authentication on my iPhone. As a result, it is not able to receive calls or texts including one time passcodes. All my normal transactions are not possible.
Even tried the sim in different make of phone and the issues.
Any ideas, how I can resolve this issue?

Have you moved from the EE network or have you recently provided us with a PAC code?
