Hi, can anyone be of help? Tried my pin to access my phone several times and got locked out now I'm searching for one PUK to access my phone.

Sim card

Hello. Today I received a sim card for which I paid £ 20. Unfortunately, there is £ 0 on the card and I cannot activate the card in the application. It types in serial number etc but nothing helps

Sim delivery

I bought a sim only contract on Tuesday night via online. I need this sim before Sunday. Is it possible to get my sim before Sunday?  If it’s not possible,  can I cancel the order?
