Unable to receive calls after switching providers

Good morning,

I hope someone can help with this. I am new to EE. My Sim Card arrived on Friday and I plugged in to my phone. It was working fine.

Then, I sent the PAC to switch my number to EE (from O2). I also called EE - waited half an hour and get confirmation. They said it will be switched at next working day which is Monday. It was fine.

On Saturday my old number was already switched off but it wasn't moved to EE yet. On Monday my number switched to EE but only I can make calls and sent TXTs. Also my mobile data was working fine. I can't receive calls and get TXTs. I called EE yesterday (took half an hour) and they said it can take times, so I waited until now but still no change. 

Weather it is related or not, after I put my EE SIM, I download eSIM and started to use it after that. The SIM they sent still on the phone but it is not recognised.

Hi Leanne,

I restarted the phone probably 20 times since yesterday. 

I use Samsung S20 5G

Can you text NUMBER to 150, do you get a reply and if so, is the number correct?

I tried it now. I didn't get reply from 150.
