Transferring from vodafone

Hi, 

I transferred from Vodafone to EE a few weeks ago but my EE mobile plan is not working. I cannot make calls, texts or use any data. 

Hope this can be resolved ASAP

Can you explain what you mean by "plan is not working" - do you not have any coverage? Have you ever had coverage?

If this is a coverage issue, do you have this problem in all locations or just specific ones? If this is an account-specific issue, you should contact CS on 0800 0798586.

Thank you! My contract transferred over to EE on 28th March but the transfer hasn’t worked. I validated the PAC with EE but the switch hasn’t taken place - my setting still show as connect to a Vodafone network.

Is your phone locked to another network @Jenmelbow?

It was locked to Vodafone but has now been unlocked and registered with EE. Thanks
