Hi all,
I have been trying to convert a physical sim to an esim, however, upon scanning the QR code I am met with"this esim cannot be added - this code is not valid please contact the network provider for information".
I have rung EE who has advised that it has already begun to be downloaded and to wait 24 hours, I am not convinced the advisor knew himself, As if I haven't been able to scan the QR code how Has it begun to download .
any advise would be good
