Old number not transferred, PAC code was provided, now paying twice

I moved to EE from BT late February and provided a PAC code.
I only just realised I am still being charged by BT because EE did not transfer the old number.
Keeping the old number is not a game changer as I rarely use my mobile and its for emergencies only (I am old so don't understand technology much)
Does anyone know if I will still be able to transfer the old number over or is it now too late (having been over a month)

@BarkessR  If you’re still paying for it you can definitely move it over. It’s still yours.   It would be best to call customer service to get this sorted because your number didn’t transfer over when you provided the PAC code

you’ll need to get a new PAC code from BT you can do this by texting PAC to 65075 from your BT sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks. Have just rang BT and managed to get them to stop the old number immediately. Will just stick with the new number but it is annoying and a lesson to anyone changing to keep a close eye on these things. At 96 my "

close eye" is not as good as it should be
