I was persuaded to leave BT after many years and move to EE. I was assured that my old phone number would be transferred automatically since the transfer was "in house", but I am still waiting.
I thought BT were bad, but have I made a big mistake?

Did they provide a PAC to you for the number transfer?
When did you receive the EE SIM card?

Hello Leanne,
I transferred from BT to EE and received my new SIM which I put into my
'phone on Sunday [05/03] around noon. I had been assured that the transfer
would be automatic as it was an "in house" move and should be effected
within one working day.
This has not happened and is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
BT have told me that they have given EE the PAC code BT*****
Can this be resolved quickly please or do I have to find another supplier?

Number transfers don't take effect over the weekend, to check the transfer is all set up for you please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.
