Keeping old phone number

I've just got a new phone with EE and want to keep my phone number. I have obtained the PAC from my old provider, but I don't know how to/where to input this online in order to keep my old number? Any help would be appreciated as I can't seem to find a way to contact via live chat - it just says it isn't operational at the moment. Thank you.

@KBagley : Once you've received your SIM from EE, give your PAC from your current network to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
