SIM not provisioned for voice error when using a new replacement SIM

Have you registered the replacement SIM card with our mobile care team?

I haven't done anything proactively, I assumed it would be linked to the account as I ordered the replacement through the account with the same mobile number 🙂

The SIM card may need to be registered for you if this is not working, please get in touch with our mobile care team and they will be happy to check this over for you.
