I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your call transcripts.
Transcripts can take 24 hours to arrive.
If you still haven't received your call transcripts after this time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team, and they can get this looked into for you.

thank you for your reply no transcript, this company just bad is it is no rsponce send couple complains no responce, anyway lets wait for the court i will show to judje all my emails nd messages
i know this company treat people -customers as ants, we are customers who pay them money treat as a ants.

hi, i sent many request for getting transcript of calls for 01.12.2025 and 04.12.2025, i send many request , i called i was told they will call me back but no one called me back.
