No connection

It's a horrible network. I talked to the technical department for 35 minutes.

 

I demanded my money back because of no network connection,all the month a struggle,as given in the contact. I want to finish my contacts with EE.

They need to refund me my money.

But they aren't. I will have to knock the consumer court I think

Beyond "no network connection", which could mean different things to different people, you've not provided any more detail on what your underlying issue is. That could certainly help. You say you talked to a "technical department" for 35minutes, but what was discussed? What did this (I suspect) CS agent offer by means of solution or further advice?

Taking legal action directly is rarely a good idea, without trying alternative avenues first - courts rarely look positively on people who (as they see it) clog the system up with cases that could be resolved via other means.

EE's formal complaints process allows for referral to external arbitration if issues are unresolved after 8weeks or deadlocked before then. I'd recommend following this process if you're unable to rectify your issues via other means.
