Mobile network

My network is not working since 5 days now. I only got emergency calls only or no service where ever I go need to get it sorted as I cant call out or people cant call me.

Welcome to the community.

I know how important it is to have your phone working.

Please try to manually search for a network to see if this brings up a connection. If you aren't sure how to do this, just let me know what phone you are using and I'll check.

If you haven't already, it is also worth trying to restart the phone.

You can also see if there are any local problems that could be causing this by entering any post codes that you've been in on our network checker.

If you are able to, it is also worth trying your SIM in another phone, and another SIM in your phone to see if this follows the phone or the SIM.
