If you're experiencing issues with your calls and SIM, we would always recommend reaching out to our team first so we can look into getting this resolved from our end.
From there, if we're unable to agree on an appropriate resolution, or if the complaint remains unresolved for more than 8 weeks, the next stage would be referring this to deadlock.
At this point you can take your case to the Communications Ombudsman for independent review, and they would make a ruling on the situation from there.

@emil1975 what a great post, no actual idea of what your issue is just a "take to court" probably a complete overreaction like usual tbh

@emil1975 do you have a faulty SIM card ? is there a network issue in your area ? is your phone faulty ? You need to check all of these before you make any such claims of I’m taking EE to court.
Are you in or outside of the UK ?

@emil1975 So you say you have a signal issue that’s been going on over a year. Sounds like a phone or SIM card issue because EE have more than one mast that your device could connect too. Any how, if you device isn’t working how can you receive a text saying your number is going into hibernation because of lack of use,
