Still waiting on number transfer

Mine is the same I’m moving my number from 02 to EE. PAC number was taken on Wednesday and I received phone Thursday evening. Was told number would be transferred by today and it still isn’t done it’s getting annoying now and EE in Craigavon don’t answer the phone. I get WhatsApp and Snapchat on this phone from other phone but no calls or texts through as number hasn’t yet transferred to the EE simcard

When you say "EE in Craigavon don't answer the phone", are you contacting an individual retail store? Or CS?

You should be escalating porting problems to CS on 150 if you're not already. Chances are, that's what the store will do anyway.
