Number transfer

Hiya,

I'm switching from o2 to ee esim only, I've had the confirmation that my number transfer is complete (at 12:20pm) but the number showing in my settings and when I text / call is still my temporary ee number.

I've turned my phone on and off a few times to test this but still nothing

 

Do I still need to wait until midnight for the full transfer to happen before I ring CS?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Transfers can take until midnight to complete. 
You can find more information at Transfer your number to EE

If you find your calls show the correct number but messages show the temporary number, it's worth checking and updating the settings on your phone. You can do this by opening Settings > scroll down to Phone > look at My Number. (Note: If you recently updated your iOS, it might be located under Settings > Apps > Phone).
