I have a new SIM card which I’ve had in phone now for a month. (Samsung J2] I had to Change fm Plusnet who were closing down mobile services and they suggested EE. I had no probs with Plusnet SIM at all.
As i dont make many calls and have been able to send and receive messages, Whatsapp Etc I wasn’t concerned. However today I needed to call doctors and my phone says ‘emergency calls only, no Sim’. I’ve Done all the things advised.taken out Sim put back in Etc, nothing!. I'm elderly and a bit hard of hearing also not great with tech. But can’t get help from EE online. Can’t call them Or message as phone won’t let me make calls as it comes up saying ‘Not registered on Network’. any help or advice welcome. Tx
P.s. I have BT WiFi and that is switched on on phone.

Will you be seeing any friends or family members whose phone you could use, @Gill93?
Are you able to receive calls on your phone?

No I don’t have either. I’m not sure as I don’t get many calls. I seem to get texts tho as EE sent me one to say they were taking payment for next month.
