Hi,

I need help on what to do. I have accidentally switched to eSIM and then tried to switch back to my physical sim by deleting my eSIM. Then I realised I have made a mistake. Someone help me please!

Would they just give me a physical sim to put in my phone or will they give me an eSIM QR?

Any EE retail shop can supply a replacement physical SIM providing you have photo-ID.
