I recently joined EE and had my number transferred. So far, it seems that the transfer is done. However, I am not receiving messages on my number, although the data, iMessage, and FaceTime are working fine. I have tried resetting my network settings, yet it did not work.

Are you receiving calls to your ported-in number? What number are outgoing texts appearing from?

Good news...but for the benefit of other users who come to this forum seeking help with their issues....

I'm not sure actually. I spoke to EE and reset my network settings, but the call was cut short before we found a solution. I woke up this morning and it was fixed.
