SIM wont register

I’ve received a new SIM because I’ve been transferred from BT (not by choice I might add) 

The SIM isn’t registered and I’ve been on the phone to EE 3 times now and each time I’m got oh I’ve done this, I’ve done that. Wait 24 hours and it’ll register . It doesn’t work. (Wait 24 hours? How backward is that?)
Why is it so complicated?

Im paying for a service I can’t use never mind my wasted time on the phone to EE

2nd sim received, no different 

Come on EE it really can’t be hard to register a sim

Have you spoken to our mobile care team since you received the SIM to register the SIM card? 

If so, was this over 24 hours ago?

They are doing nothing different. 
5 times now I’ve been to wait 24 hours. I’m on my 2nd sim. 
Absolutely shambles 

Oh no it’s gets better 

Wait 3-5 days (not including the weekend ) 

Total joke

Since you received the second SIM have you spoken to our mobile care team?

They haven't the foggiest have they? If you're lucky maybe the one person at EE customer service who can help comes back from holiday on Monday! 

Oh hang on '3-5 days not including the weekend '. They've given up! Come on EE at least try.

I've just this minute received my 3rd SIM, It's for the wrong number. They are feckin useless.

I’ll continue to wait for 5 oh no it’s actually 7 days 

So I thought hmmmm wonder if I put my original sim in……yep guess what it worked 

Now I bet they disconnect it now and connect the newer one 

incompetence is unbelievably high
