Hi, my SIM says sim not provisioned, I have tried to fix the issue by taking out sim and putting back in, switch aeroplane mode on and off and also restarting phone but getting no where, I cannot make calls, texts or receive calls, texts, I’m stuck as I use my phone to log in for work as well, Will I need a replacement sim? How long do they normally take.

@Katrina38 The quickest way to get a replacement sim is to go to an EE store with photo ID and request a replacement sim. Other than that you’ll need to call customer services to request one and this will be posted to you via 2nd class Royal Mail.
