Last Tuesday 15th on Nov I’ve ordered a pay as you go sim with a subscription which cost £20, I’ve also provided my PAC number so I can have my phone number transferred to ee, Thursday the sim was delivered, a random number with only £10 on it. I know it takes 24 hours for the number to be transferred but today is 20th of November and all I have is still that random number with £10 on it, I don’t know what to do, should I wait couple of days more before I get in touch with ee?

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team who can access your account to make sure you've been setup on the correct plan and check the progress of your number transfer.
They'll be happy to help.
