Hello @Praneeth ,
Welcome to the community,
You can only have an E-Sim if you are on contract. You would need to get a PAC code from Giff gaff, port your number over, once you have a SIM card from EE. If on contract with EE once you have moved your number over, you will then be able to replace it with an E-Sim.

@Praneeth , you either have pay as you go or a monthly contract with EE, you can check if you click on Shop, but will have to log out first. Sorry did not realise that you had no idea, you can either have a phone contract or a sim contract, which you pay monthly. I take it you just want pay as you go, then contract does not apply to you. Most networks have either contract or pay as you go, but Giff Gaff is just pay as you go.

Ok got it. Now I got my PAC code from giff gaff. Could you please guide me further on the porting process? Also can’t I directly port to EE e-sim?

@Praneeth , if you log out first and then click on shop, you can either choose pay as you go or sim only contract or if you want a new phone, then you can do that as well, and order it from there, but just remember, if contract, EE do a credit check.

@Praneeth : If you go for PAYG from EE, as you have from GG, you cannot have an eSIM. They are only available on contract.
Once you've ordered a SIM from EE give give your PAC to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
