Porting vodafone physical sim to ee esim

I have paid for esim and shared the pac code.

• The billing info said that email will give you details on how to download esim
• Email said after you download esim we will activate
• called helpline, waited to connect to digital guys, they sent it back to the original person, who said do it on the app
• app said error, call us!!

i’ve been doing the loops for 2 hours and it has not even been 0 minutes here. Help!!

Thank you for looking into this. I am looking to port from Vodafone physical sim TO EE esim.  I have provided all details but have not received the QR code to download esim from EE.

I am sorry to hear you are getting an error when trying to download your eSIM in the app. 

Do you have eSIM compatible device?
