I just got my new iPhone yesterday, I tried to set it up after work last night but my sim just isn’t working, keeps saying no service, I’ve tried cleaning the sim, I’ve tried turning on and off, even tried an E SIM but it’s saying I need to activate it with a text to my number yet it’s saying no service so my number isn’t working on my new phone.
please help.

@ChloeMilne was is this your old sim from your old device or was this a new Sim that you received with your new device ?

Is your new phone an upgrade or a new connection?

@James_B It now doesn’t work in either phone, and it’s an upgrade.
