Hi Sean, there is a ongoing network issue with activating Sim cards. It is taking longer than usual and I am trying to explain it to your team but they are saying they are not aware of any issues with Sim cards but I am investigating with 150 Asda, why Sim cards are taking longer than usual to activate how can the 150 team keep you updated

Hi @c9,

I've checked in with our support team and there is currently no backlog in our SIM activation queue.

Any activations that did experience a delay, should have now been completed.

@c9      Stop posting the same messages it is doesn’t help anyone.

I’m trying to work out from this messed up thread how many SIM cards you’ve had,    Can you state how many SIM cards you’ve had issues with ?

Have you checked the network status in your area ?  Use THIS  and click the check status tab.

 What’s does

I’m  investigating with 150 ASDA mean. ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @c9,

If you've needed multiple SIM replacements, perhaps that isn't the root cause of the problem.

What issues have you been experiencing that led to ordering replacement SIM cards?

My original Sim card, taking too long to activate, and when your technical team come to activate them, they cannot be activated for some reason or another it should take 24 hours to activate a Sim card, but for some reason it is taking A lot longer them to activate it is taking 24 to 48 hours sometimes Longer
