Some customers are having issues with activating SIM cards  online and over the phone with EE it says that your Sim card has already been activated when it has not been activated  this , is currently being looked in to by the back office team at ee moderators, please keep me informed of any other changes. Thanks

Where are you seeing that your SIM is activated @c9?

What was the reason for the replacement and how did you order it?

My SIM cards  keep on not working after a couple of days I tried to order it over the phone

It's unusual to have the same problem with more than one SIM card.

The information I am giving you has come from THE 150  team

It taking 24 to 48 hours to activate. I have been told there is an ongoing issue with activating Sim cards.

Did the EE Guide you spoke to mention why they needed to replace your SIM @c9?

It is taking 48 hours for Sim cards to activate. How can 150 team inform you of any issues

Hi @c9,

I was wondering if the team had looked into why you had to have multiple replacement SIM cards?

If you keep having the same problem despite replacing your SIM, it's unlikely to be a SIM issue.
