Some customers are having issues with activating SIM cards online and over the phone with EE it says that your Sim card has already been activated when it has not been activated this , is currently being looked in to by the back office team at ee moderators, please keep me informed of any other changes. What was the reason for the replacement and how did you order it?

It taking 24 to 48 hours to activate. I have been told there is an ongoing issue with activating Sim cards.

Did the EE Guide you spoke to mention why they needed to replace your SIM @c9?

Hi @c9,
I was wondering if the team had looked into why you had to have multiple replacement SIM cards?
If you keep having the same problem despite replacing your SIM, it's unlikely to be a SIM issue.
