Some customers are having issues with activating SIM cards online and over the phone with EE it says that your Sim card has already been activated when it has not been activated this , is currently being looked in to by the back office team at ee moderators, please keep me informed of any other changes. I'm not aware of any ongoing issues with SIM activations.
Have you had a problem getting a SIM activated?
